As a representative of AVT’s management, our Production Managers provide the highest level of professionalism, customer service and integrity when working with our clients, vendors, as well as our own AVT team members.

Upon handoff of the client from Account Manager, our Production team will manage the technical requirements of the event from creation to execution. As well as, investigating and suggesting solutions to support our client’s goal anticipating what they need. As well as insuring content is client approved/certified and compliant with our client’s policies, AVT Production Managers will arrange for the creation and development of set and lighting designs as needed, building a comprehensive equipment list to be reviewed by our client.

Our Production team will coordinate the logistics for the event including but not limited to staffing, equipment, vendors, lodging, transportation, incidentals, etc. Our team will also manage room configurations, load in, set-up, and tear down audio visual equipment.

AVT Productions prides itself on customer service and as a policy we will greet our clients at the event, and act as a liaison between our client and the on-site production crew at events to ensure effective communication and coordination.
