Twenty four years ago Rick had a vision of providing clients with an exceptional customer service experience. This vision has evolved from a simple audio visual rental experience to incorporating cost effective solutions to introduce new presentation technology to events of all kinds. This ability combined with a strong passion and commitment to quality, technical execution, and customer service, defines Rick as a leader in his field. Rick founded and modeled his company on his sound principles of integrity, trust, and transparency. This passion and vision has led to success, evident by AVT's esteemed client list and growing referrals. Additionally, Rick supports several philanthropic organizations, is a member of Meeting Planners International and the Green Meetings Council. In his free time, Rick enjoys cycling, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with his wife, their two daughters and son.

Calvin Meyer

Calvin Meyer Director, Operations - Productions

A veteran of twenty-eight years in the event industry, Calvin brings a vast amount of experience and production knowledge to AVT. His career encompasses hotel convention and catering services, corporate event planning, and on-site corporate event management. Calvin is a key executive decision maker continually enhancing AVT’s production processes and procedures in an effort to add high value to AVT’s growing client list. Calvin’s core strengths are in team management and event logistics. He holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Denver and enjoys skiing and camping in his free time.

Lester Remhof

Lester Remhof Director Operations

Cost control measures, business efficiency, budget compliance, effective asset and cash flow management, all key components contributing to the success of the AVT value proposition. Lester Remhof is responsible for managing and directing all of these initiatives within the finance and accounting functions at AVT Productions. His background began in the hotel industry working at the Marriott where he spent many years asserting his knowledge of the hotel and event industry. Lester followed this experience with ten years in the banking and lending industry. Just Prior to working at AVT Lester worked with Digital Insight Division of Intuit as a QA, Team Leader, Business Process Analyst, and Account Manager. In his free time Lester enjoys listening to Classic Rock and Jazz. On the weekends he enjoys camping and white water rafting.

Steve Repetto

Steve RepettoOperations Manager

A well designed Logistics system directly contributes to the Clients bottom line. AVT Productions is fortunate to have Steve Repetto managing this facet of the organization. Steve brings over 15 years of experience and success in logistics and warehouse management. His strong work ethic and passion for the industry have contributed to his career growth. Steve has worked at AVT for over 4 years, and in that time he has significant contributions to the logistics and warehouse procedures. Steve is responsible for warehouse inventory, ordering new equipment, managing the warehouse crew, and quality control. In addition Steve manages a fleet of AVT trucks and freight vendors which allow AVT the ability to efficiently ship nationwide. Steve's core strength is his ability to logistically map out our clients events and resource needs to assure our equipment is there when and where you need it. In his free time he enjoys riding his Harley, camping, and of course spending time with his wife and children.
