As a representative of AVT management our Account Executives provide the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and customer service when working with customers, vendors, as well as our own AVT team members.

The Client Account Executive maintains an integrated relationship with our client to ensure all steps have been taken to have a successful event, including giving any pre-event assistance as needed. Our high-touch approach is designed to ease the event management process. The Account Manager will meet and greet the clients’ team on-site before the event and follow up with our client post event.

Our Account Executives also coordinate the event handoff with assigned Production Managers and collaborate to ensure they are providing the information as needed to all pertinent internal and external parties.

To ensure quality control the AVT Productions Account Executives systematically follow up with production management to critique each event and find solutions to any problems that may have occurred.
